Le CEP veut réaliser un projet de « Centre éducatif et pédagogique ». La procédure concerne l’attribution d’un mandat à un bureau d’architectes (ci-après : candidat ou soumissionnaire) pour les phases de prestations 41 à 53 selon le Règlement SIA 102. Le montant total des travaux déterminant les honoraires est de CHF 13'370’543.— HT (pour les CFC 1 à 4 hors honoraires). L'ouvrage doit impérativement s'achever au plus tard d'ici mi-novembre 2029, réceptions comprises. Le permis de construire est en cours d'obtention.
