What the buyer is asking for

Langhaugen Upper Secondary School is one of the largest upper secondary schools in Vestland fylke offering a wide range of academic preparatory and creative subjects. From January 2027, the school will move into a new music building featuring modern facilities for teaching, practice, and performances. This procurement covers the supply of acoustic upright pianos, grand pianos, piano benches, and an associated service and maintenance agreement, aiming to ensure the provision of suitable, high-quality instruments for this learning environment. The procurement comprises three separate contracts, specified in further detail in Appendix A – Requirements Specification: Contract 1 – Grand pianos Contract 2 – Upright pianos Contract 3 – Service agreement Tenders may be submitted for one or more of the contracts, and the contracting authority may enter into agreements with up to three suppliers.
