Le marché est un accord-cadre passé selon l’article L2125-1 1° du Code de la Commande Publique conclu à compter du 1er janvier 2027 jusqu’au 31 décembre 2027 puis renouvelable expressément d’année en année et ceci jusqu’au 31 décembre 2030 et pour un montant maximum annuel de 500 000 euros HT. Il n’y a pas de montant minimum annuel. Les modalités de reconduction sont définies dans le CCAP.
