What the buyer is asking for
The aim of the procurement is to establish a parallel framework agreement that covers Helgeland Havn IKS ́ needs for technical consultancy services connected to management, operation and further development of port infrastructure. The framework agreement consists of four (4) sub-contracts, and shall ensure quick access to qualified consultants, so that Helgeland Havn IKS can carry out the necessary measures in an efficient and safe way.
