Consultancy services recruitment to the health authorities in Norway

What the buyer is asking for

The objective of the procurement is the delivery of recruitment services to the health authorities in Norway. The procurement is national and is not divided into sub-contracts. Call-offs can be made on assistance for all or parts of the recruitment process, including recruitment advice, preparation of a recruitment strategy, active candidate search, identification and contact with relevant candidates, assessment and recommendations of candidates as well as other consultancy related to the recruitment process. The contract includes recruitment to the following job categories: • top management positions • other management positions • clinical positions and clinical specialist positions • administrative, technical and ICT positions.
