Op dit moment is de gemeente bezig met de aanbesteding van de renovatie, verduurzaming en herinrichting van het gemeentehuis in Beilen. Het project Vaste & losse inrichting & huisvesting beperkt zich tot werkzaamheden binnen- en aan het gebouw en elementen die direct met de inrichting van het gebouw te maken hebben. Ook aanpassingen aan de entree en de direct aangrenzende buitenruimte vallen binnen de scope van die aanbesteding. Dit is opgenomen in de bijlagen bij de Aanbestedingsleidraad.
