Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie Strategicznej mapy hałasu m.st. Warszawy. Zamawiający w trybie art. 121 pkt 1 w zw. z art. 60 pkt 1 ustawy PZP zastrzega obowiązek osobistego wykonania przez Wykonawcę kluczowych zadań dotyczących zamówienia określonych w pkt 6.1 – 6.7 oraz pkt 6.10 – 6.23 OPZ (II Wykonanie Strategicznej mapy hałasu m.st. Warszawy 2027). Przedmiot zamówienia w zakresie szczegółowym określony został we wzorze umowy z załącznikami, stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
