What the buyer is asking for
Die Fregatten Klasse 124 (F124) sind als Mehrzweckschiffe auch für Geleitschutz und Seeraumkontrolle konzipiert. Für den weitreichenden Waffeneinsatz gegen Seeziele ist die F124 derzeit mit dem Lenkflugkörper (LFK)-System Harpoon ausgerüstet. Dieses muss ersetzt werden. Als Ersatzsystem soll das LFK-System Naval Strike Missile (NSM) integriert werden.
