What the buyer is asking for
Le présent marché public a pour objet la souscription, par LIEGE AIRPORT, d’un contrat d’assurance couvrant les risques cyber affectant les systèmes d’information et les données de LIEGE AIRPORT, de LIEGE AIRPORT BUSINESS PARK et de LIEGE AIRPORT SECURITY, conformément aux conditions définies par les documents de marché. Le marché est divisé en 2 lots : Lot 1 : « Primary » de 5.000.000 euro Lot 2 : « second layer - excess » de 5.000.000 euro Dans l’hypothèse où aucune offre acceptable n’est reçue pour le lot 1 ou que le lot 1 ne serait pas attribuer conformément à l’article 85 de la loi du 17 juin 2016 relative aux marchés publics, LIEGE AIRPORT pourra ne pas attribuer le lot 2 même si celui-ci comporte une ou plusieurs offres acceptables.
