What the buyer is asking for
Upphandling av ett ramavtal med en leverantör som kan försörja kommunen och främst Informationsförsörjnings- och digitaliseringsavdelningen med externa resurser av IT-konsulter. Syftet med avtalet är att säkerställa att kommunen har tillgång till estimerade konsultvolymer och efterfrågade konsultkompetenser över avtalstiden. Kontrakterad leverantör ska kunna stötta kommunen genom förstärkning av grundbemanningen samt med ytterligare resurser vid toppar i arbetsbelastning.
