What the buyer is asking for

Procurements, the joint unit in the Gjøvik region, are holding the competition on behalf of Gjøvik, Østre Toten, Vestre Toten, Nordre Land and Søndre Land municipalities. Gjøvik municipality is the host municipality for the procurement cooperation. The municipalities would like to enter into a joint framework agreement for the delivery of office supplies to their entities. The agreement shall cover continuous needs for products for daily office work and administration and it shall contribute to efficient procurements, good product quality and environmentally friendly choices. The framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer and shall be used by ordered entities in the five municipalities. Orders will be made as needed, with delivery to each individual entity. Each municipality is responsible for its own orders and follow-up of them. The scope and terms of the procurement are in the tender documentation and annexes.
