What the buyer is asking for

Trondheim municipality carries out the competition electronically via the Mercell portal. This document describes how the process is carried out. Information described in Mercell, such as the qualification requirements, requirements and award criteria, will, with some exceptions, not be repeated in the competition rules and will be included as a part of the tender documentation. The tenderer is responsible for ensuring that information registered in Mercell during the competition period, changes to deadlines, additional information etc., will be distributed to those who require this.
