OPERATIONAL LEASE OF ONE WHEELCHAIR-ACCESSIBLE VAN AND ONE CAR

What the buyer is asking for

Depaul Ireland invites suitably qualified and experienced vehicle leasing providers to submit tenders for the operational lease of one wheelchair-accessible van (Lot 1) and one car (Lot 2) for a period of 36 months, with full maintenance included. Depaul Ireland is a charity working with individuals and families experiencing homelessness and those at risk of homelessness. Its services include emergency accommodation, supported housing, Housing First, health and wellbeing services, community-based support and administrative functions. Many services operate continuously and support vulnerable individuals, so vehicle reliability, accessibility, safety and continuity of service are essential. The vehicle is intended primarily to support Depaul Ireland's Housing First and related operational activities, including the safe transport of service users, including wheelchair users, and staff. The successful Tenderer will be expected to work collaboratively with Depaul Ireland's nominated Contract Manager and relevant service personnel throughout the lease period.
