TR5801 - Leadership, Culture and Organisational Capability Services Framework

What the buyer is asking for

ESB intends to establish a multi-party Framework Agreement for the provision of Leadership, Culture and Organisational Capability Services to support the delivery of ESB's Culture and Capability Strategy. The Framework Agreement will provide access to expert service providers to support the co-design, development, deployment and ongoing evolution of Culture and Capability initiatives across ESB. The proposed scope includes the following service areas: Employee and Manager Capability Development; Leadership Development; Strategic Workforce Planning and Talent Management; Digital, Data and AI; and Organisation Development, Change Management, Culture and Future of Work.. Applicants are not required to demonstrate expertise across all service areas. Applicants may demonstrate relevant experience and capability within one or more areas of the overall Framework scope. The Framework Agreement will have an initial term of three years. The Contracting Entity reserves the right to extend the Framework Agreement for further period or periods, up to a maximum total Framework Agreement duration of eight years.
