Prestatorul trebuie să furnizeze servicii complete care includ analiza, dezvoltarea, testarea, instruirea utilizatorilor și monitorizarea funcționării soluțiilor de tip RPA (Robotic Process Automation) şi AI (Inteligenţă Artificială). Numărul zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 20 zile.
