What the buyer is asking for
Liikelaitos Marttinen/Virtain kaupunki kilpailuttaa lämpöenergian hankinnan palvelutoimintana, tuotettuna Liikelaitos Marttisen/Virtain kaupungin omistamassa KPA-lämpölaitoksessa. Laitos sijaitsee osoitteessa Herrasentie 16, 34800 VIRRAT. Arvioitu vuosittainen energian tarve laitoksella tällä hetkellä on noin 1400 MWh/vuosi. Valitun lämmöntuottajan tulee aloittaa lämmöntuotanto 1.1.2027, jolloin lämpölaitos luovutetaan lämmöntuottajan käyttöön.
