What the buyer is asking for
Framework agreements shall be signed for the procurement of process chemicals (precipitation chemicals/flocculant/polymer) for the operation of several treatment plants. Framework agreements shall also be signed for the procurement of process chemicals for sludge dewatering. Tenderers can submit tenders for one or several installations, and the contract can therefore be awarded to several different tenderers.
