Maanteiden hoitourakka on tavoitehintainen palvelusopimus, jossa korostetaan tilaajan ja urakoitsijan välistä sopimuksen aikaista yhteistyötä. Maanteiden hoitourakassa urakoitsijalle kuuluvat hoidonjohtotehtävät, hoitotöiden hankinnat ja sopimuksenmukaiset hoitotyöt. Sopimus kattaa maanteiden talvi- ja kesähoidon sopimusasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Sopimukseen sisältyy Siikalatvan urakka-alueella sijaitsevien maanteiden kesä- ja talvihoito. Sopimukseen kuuluvaa tiestöä on yhteensä noin 785 kilometriä, josta Is 1-ajorataista noin 60 km, Ib 1-ajorataista noin 80 km, Ic 1-ajorataista noin 60 km, sorateitä noin 305 km ja kävely- ja pyöräilyväyliä noin 15 km. Urakkaan sisältyy vesitalousosaston tehtäviä. Urakka on vaativuudeltaan perusurakka.
