Maanteiden hoitourakka on tavoitehintainen palvelusopimus, jossa korostetaan tilaajan ja urakoitsijan välistä sopimuksen aikaista yhteistyötä. Maanteiden hoitourakassa urakoitsijalle kuuluvat hoidonjohtotehtävät, hoitotöiden hankinnat ja sopimuksenmukaiset hoitotyöt. Sopimus kattaa maanteiden talvi- ja kesähoidon sopimusasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Sopimukseen sisältyy Loimaan urakka-alueella sijaitsevien maanteiden kesä- ja talvihoito. Sopimukseen kuuluvaa tiestöä on yhteensä noin 750 kilometriä, josta Is 1-ajorataista noin 150 km, Ib 1-ajorataista noin 115 km, Ic 1-ajorataista noin 30 km, sorateitä noin 250 km ja kävely- ja pyöräilyväyliä noin 20 km. Urakka on vaativuudeltaan perusurakka.
