Tenderers shall be able to handle changes and additional needs in a flexible and efficient way. The delivery shall support equal cleaning standards in all buildings and it shall be built on systematic quality follow-up, clear deviation routines and environmentally conscious systems. It is assumed that the cleaning will be carried out with the lowest possible chemical use and with products and methods that are adapted to different surfaces and materials.
