What the buyer is asking for
Halden municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement with up to 3 tenderers for the delivery of water and sewage/HVAC materials for the operation and maintenance of the municipality ́s water and sewage/HVAC infrastructure. The contract shall mainly be for operation and maintenance, but there can be cases where the contracting authority uses the contract for investment projects and water and sewage clearance projects.
