What the buyer is asking for

DESCRIPTION OF THE DELIVERY (see the attached documents for a full description). ICT Agder, as the contracting authority for this competition, is carrying out a procurement of a joint, cloud based system (SaaS) for the digital substance register. The system shall be used by Agder county, participating municipalities and other entities included in the procurement. The procurement shall contribute to better compliance with legal and regulation requirements connected to handling chemistry calies, strengthen the entities ́ work with HSE and internal control, as well as facilitate a more stan-dardised, efficient and cost efficient management across the participating entities. The system shall, among other things, support registration and handling of chemicals, access to and monitoring safety data sheets (SDS), risk assessments, exposure register, reporting and role and access management. Agder county is only announcing the competition on behalf of ICT-Agder, the contracting authority.
