What the buyer is asking for

The aim of the framework agreement is to cover the agency's ongoing need for external assistance regarding calculation of costs with uncertainty analyses, connected to the development of public infrastructure. There will mainly be grey-blue-green measures, such as streets, pedestrian and footpaths, footpaths, squares, parks and footbridges, streams and surface water systems that shall be cost calculated. However, there can also be cases where the infrastructure measures below the ground are cost calculated, such as other water and sewage systems and measures such as moving power lines.
