What the buyer is asking for

Norwegian Public Roads Administration employees have a regular need to gather in large or small groups outside their own office premises. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement that covers the Norwegian Public Roads Administration ́s need for courses and conference services with and without accommodation, as well as accommodation for groups of 10 persons or more without courses and conference services. The framework agreement is divided into 5 sub-contracts: * Sub-contract 1 includes courses and conference services without overnight stays for 10 persons or more * Sub-contract 2 includes courses and conference services with accommodation for 10 persons or more * Sub-contract 3 comprises courses and conference services without overnight stays for up to 9 persons * Sub-contract 4 includes courses and conference services with accommodation for up to 9 persons. * Sub-contract 5 includes group accommodation without course or conference services for 10 persons or more Tenderers may submit tenders for one or more sub-contract(s). Each individual sub-contract will be evaluated separately, based on the award criteria stated in the tender management tool (KGV).
