What the buyer is asking for
KCC requires a services contractor to provide “Site Remediation Assessment” services to help KCC understand the remediation required to prepare the Newbridge Machinery Yard site for development based upon site surveys / investigations to be procured and managed by the service provider, and order-of costs for full remediation. Secondly, “project enablement services” required to prepare planning documentation for site clearance, prepare works tender documentation and site remediation works supervision.
