What the buyer is asking for
The Cancer Molecular Diagnostics laboratory provides a range of molecular diagnostic tests for the diagnosis and management of haematological and solid malignancy. Currently this testing is divided among standard PCR, real-time PCR and Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) based diagnostics. While the laboratory is developing NGS based testing methodologies it is also seeking to secure access to reagents and consumables to continue to provide legacy clonality testing using capillary electrophoresis.
