Von den vier Losen werden die Lose 1 und 2 zum festen Kombinationslos A sowie die Lose 3 und 4 zum festen Kombinationslos B zusammengefasst, d.h. die Lose 1 und 2 einerseits und die Lose 3 und 4 andererseits werden zwingend an denselben Bieter vergeben. (Die Losunterteilung der Lose 1 und 2 sowie der Lose 3 und 4 ist aus technischen Gründen der Darstellungsweise des Vergabeportals erforderlich, da ansonsten die Zuschlagskriterien nicht korrekt abgebildet werden können.)
