What the buyer is asking for

Vestland County Council, represented by Bybanen Utbygging (BU), intends to establish parallel framework agreements for engineering consultancy and design services. Bybanen AS (BBAS) and Vestland County Council’s Property and Development Department (EIU) will also be entitled to make call-offs under the framework agreements.
