.Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje sukcesywny zakup i dostawę, w zależności od rzeczywistych potrzeb Zamawiającego, oleju napędowego (rodzaj: EKODISEL) odpowiadającego wymaganiom jakościowym według Polskiej Normy PN-EN 590 lub normy równoważnej oraz spełniającego wymogi rozporządzenia Ministra Klimatu i Środowiska z dnia 26 czerwca 2024 r. w sprawie wymagań jakościowych dla paliw ciekłych (Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 1018). Paliwo objęte zamówieniem musi spełniać wymagania jakościowe określone w ustawie o systemie monitorowania i kontrolowania jakości paliw z dnia 25 sierpnia 2006 r. (Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 1529).
