Zamawiający wymaga aby oferowany przedmiot zamówienia był dopuszczony do obrotu i używania, zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 7 kwietnia 2022r. o wyrobach medycznych. 3. Zamawiający dokona oceny ofert na podstawie przedmiotowych środków dowodowych wymaganych w Rozdziale XV. pkt 1.4. SWZ. 4. Powody niedokonania podziału na części: Nie ma możliwości podziału zamówienia na mniejsze części. Specyfika przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi nierozłączną - jest to kompleksowa dostawa i montaż przedmiotu zamówienia tj. aparatu USG w Instytucie „Pomnik – Centrum Zdrowia Dziecka”.
