Purchase of treatment plant for BIR Ressurs - Mjelstad landfill

What the buyer is asking for

BIR AS on behalf of BIR Ressurs department. Mjelstad (referred to as BIR) shall, in connection with the expansion of the landfill site, procure a new treatment facility for ladder water arising as a result of precipitation at the landfill. BIR shall ensure that the area and building is established where the treatment plant shall be constructed. Tenderers of the treatment plant must be responsible for the complete delivery of treatment facilities with all the accompanying equipment that is necessary for operation, as well as assembly, commissioning and training. This is further described in the tender documentation. It is important for BIR to get sufficient information about the treatment plant in order to facilitate for the correct dimensioned building. BIR shall procure the pumps that shall deliver ladder water to the treatment facility and from the pump sump after the treatment plant to the recipient. It is important that BIR receives information about the interface and sets the dimensions of the treatment plant as the basis for pump capacity.
