Es objeto del contrato la prestación del servicio especializado de atención social a familias y menores en el municipio de Navalcarnero (Madrid), con las características técnicas establecidas en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas. Ver PPT y PCAP. De conformidad con la Cláusula 12 del PPT: El presupuesto base de licitación se desglosa de la siguiente manera: Año 2027: 12 meses 83.247,10-€ Sin IVA - Con IVA 10% 8.324,71-€ = 91.571,81-€ Año 2028: 12 meses 86.993,16-€ Sin IVA - Con IVA 10% 8.699,31-€ = 95.692,47-€ Año 2029: 12 meses 90.908-€ Sin IVA - Con IVA 10% 9.090,8-€ = 99.998,8-€ Las empresas licitadoras realizarán su oferta a la baja sobre estos precios. El Valor estimado del contrato: 261.148,26 euros, teniendo en cuenta el importe total del contrato, sin incluir el IVA, y las eventuales prórrogas del mismo.
