Se vor incheia Acorduri cadru de furnizare medicamente care sa respecte specificatiile din caietul de sarcini. Procedura se va finaliza cu incheierea de Acord cadru cu 3 op. economici. Furnizarea produselor ce fac obiectul AC se va face prin incheierea contractelor subsecvente in baza refratelor de necesitate in limita fondurilor disponibile.In cazul AC cu medicamente ce vor fi pe o licitatie a MS, acest AC se va rezilia cu data imediata dupa ce a fost finalizata procedura de Licitatie a MS.Autoritatea contractatnta va rapunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi, inainte de data limita stabilita de depunere a ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor - 18 zile.
