All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 06 October 2026 by 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide an ongoing cycle of qualitative data collection to ensure that Canada has up-to- date representations of Canadians’ opinions on macro level issues that are of interest to the government, such as their views on what should be the priorities of the government to the Privy Council Office.
