Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide an ongoing cycle of qualitative data collection to ensure that Canada has up-to- date representations of Canadians’ opinions on macro level issues that are of interest to the government, such as their views on what should be the priorities of the government to the Privy Council Office.
