Combined Synopsis/Solicitation W911N226QA066 General Information This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W911N226QA066 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the cleaning, impregnation and testing of manifolds required for CLET (Cooler, Liquid, Electron Tube) heat exchangers.
