What the buyer is asking for

Dear Industry Partners, The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), on behalf of the DHS Office of the Chief Information Officer, intends to issue a solicitation to obtain Network, Cloud, and Cybersecurity Services (NCCS) 2.0. Attached is a final draft solicitation for the requirement for your review. The resultant contract will be a DHS Department Wide Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The notional timeline of key events is as follows: Questions due on final draft solicitation: 9/22/2026 Final solicitation release: 10/1/2026 Proposal due date Phase 1: 10/6/2026 Government notification to proceed to Phase 2: 10/9/2026 Proposal due date Phase 2: 10/21/2026 Anticipated Award: Late November 2026 Questions and comments are due no later than 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time Tuesday September 22, 2026.
