Strengthening the capacities of the IPA bodies for the effective implementation of the Operational Programme on Energy 2024-2027

What the buyer is asking for

The purpose of this contract is to provide technical assistance to strengthen the institutional, administrative and operational capacities of the Managing Authority, Intermediate Bodies for Policy and Financial Management, Programme Partners and end recipients involved in the implementation of the IPA III Operational Programme on Energy 2024-2027 in Albania. The support consists of, but is not limited to, institutional and administrative strengthening, capacity-building activities, preparation of project and procurement documentation, including tender dossiers, support for effective programme monitoring, evaluation and reporting, assistance in procurement and contract management processes, as well as the organisation of communication and visibility activities related to the Programme.
