Termen de livrare: maxim 5 zile lucratoare de la data semnarii contractului de catre ambele parti pentru cantitatile obligatorii si maxim 5 zile lucratoare de la solicitarea entitatii contractante pentru cantitatile optionale. Entitatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari – in a 11 -a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit prin Anuntul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor. Se va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de op.ec. in termenul limita enunat anterior.
