La présente consultation concerne l'étude d'aménagement foncier, agricole, forestier et environnemental (AFAFE) sur le bassin versant du Vicoin aval - communes d'AHUILLE, L'HUISSERIE, NUILLE-SUR-VICOIN, MONTIGNE-LE-BRILLANT. La procédure de passation utilisée est l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Il s'agit d'un marché ordinaire passé pour une durée de 3 ans à compter de la date de la notification du contrat. À titre indicatif, la date de notification est prévue vers le 26 novembre 2026
