Sukladno Tehničkoj specifikaciji utvrđen je opseg obnove Cisco komunikacijske platforme na kojoj se temelji glasovni kanal kontaktnog centra, uključujući telefoniju, SIP trunk, kontaktni centar za agente, snimanje i upravljanje kvalitetom poziva te pripadajuće usmjernike.
